IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in Action ) Team

The IDEA Team is a group of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty from the Department of Cell Biology. We recognize the need to work continually to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment within our department, and it is our mission to develop and implement initiates that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at our own institution and in science more broadly.
